The property is situated near a busy street so you do get a lot of noise from the traffic. It was comfortable and felt like my grandmothers feather bed which served me well.

The room I stayed in was a two rooms suite with a king size bed. I was a greeted by Ryan at the front desk for an o'dark thirty check in and he was cheerful, accommodating and gave a great first impression. Would strongly advise you to stay away at all costs.the overall condition of the property and staff lack of engagement is a negative indicator that your experience will be any better than ours. The Hyatt Place appears to be a bit dated as a property, but the people and attitudes of the staff makes it feel like you are spending time with friends and family. We soon learned that the bathroom fan & light, which was directly over the toilet, leaked cold water continuously (no idea where it was coming from).so in order to use the toilet you had to drape a towel over your head and back to catch all the cold water dripping down. The bathroom tub/shower was dirty and moldy.

After checking the room to make sure no one was inside, we decided to stay as the kids wanted to sleep immediately. Checked in and there was no water available in lobby or room halls and elevators were filthy with trash and food crumbs in carpet in many places, Arrived at room to find the door ajar - someone had positioned the lock bar to keep the door from closing. Hotel was disgusting and we would have left if it wasn't already very late.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have had in many years.
